This website is run by Acetes Travel, a brand of AST Tourism, Istanbul. You can contact us about your data at [email protected].
What information we collect
You can visit our website without giving us any personal information. When you ask for a quote or make a booking, by email, by WhatsApp or through a form on our website, we receive the details you choose to send us, such as your name, email address, phone number, the date and size of your group, your hotel for pickup, and any notes such as dietary needs.
Our forms do not send data to a server: they open your own email app or WhatsApp with your message ready to send. We never ask for payment card details on our website.
How we use your information
- To answer your questions and send you a quote or a booking confirmation.
- To organise your cruise or tour, for example by sharing your name, pickup time and group size with the guide, driver or crew who serve you.
- To contact you about your booking before and on the day.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the people who need it to provide the service you booked, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages and booking details only as long as we need them for your booking and for our legal and accounting obligations.
Cookies and third parties
Our website does not set its own advertising or tracking cookies. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and links to WhatsApp, Tripadvisor and social networks take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, No. 6698) and other applicable laws, you can ask us what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will reply as soon as possible.
