A corporate yacht party turns a company celebration into an event. Your colleagues board in the centre of Istanbul, the music starts as the yacht leaves the pier, and the party moves along the Bosphorus past palaces, mosques and the illuminated bridges. With the whole yacht booked for your company, there are no other guests, and the crew, the music and the programme are all yours.

Almost anything is possible. We decorate the yacht with your company flags and custom decoration, set up a DJ or live band, and bring on board a belly dancer, Turkish folk dancers or a whirling dervish show. Food can be a seated dinner, a buffet or a cocktail party with finger food, prepared on board by our chef for groups of 10 or more.

Planning a company party on a yacht

An office party, an end-of-year party or a thank-you evening for the whole staff has different needs from a client event. Nobody has to be impressed; people simply have to enjoy themselves and feel that the evening was for them. A few decisions early on make that much easier.

Set the date and the guest list

For an end-of-year party, ask early: many companies in Istanbul want the same few evenings in December. Decide at the start whether partners are invited, because it can double the numbers and change the size of yacht you need. Invitations and getting to the pier

• Choose the boarding pier closest to your office or to the hotel where out-of-town staff are staying, and put a map link in the invitation.
• Give a boarding time about twenty minutes before departure, so late arrivals do not hold up the yacht.
• Ask for dietary needs and allergies with the RSVP, not a week before the party.
• Think about the journey home too: a shared minibus or a list of taxi ranks near the pier is appreciated after a late night.

Make it feel like your team's night

Ask colleagues for song requests and pass the list to the DJ or band in advance. If you plan a theme, such as a white party or the company's colours, say so on the invitation so people can dress for it. Keep speeches short and early, before the music starts, and if there are thank-yous or long-service mentions, prepare the names on one sheet so nobody is forgotten.

Food and drink for a mixed crowd

A buffet or finger food keeps people moving and mixing between departments, while a seated dinner suits a smaller team that wants a proper meal together. How the party goes

1. Welcome on board
   Guests are welcomed at the pier with a drink, on a yacht dressed in your company colours.
2. Dinner or cocktails
   A seated dinner, buffet or finger food while the yacht cruises along the European shore.
3. Speeches and shows
   A toast from management, then the shows you booked: belly dance, folk dance or dervish.
4. Dance under the bridges
   The DJ or band takes over and the party continues on deck with the city lights.

Corporate yacht party prices: what affects your quote

Every company party is different, so we prepare a written proposal for yours. The price is based on five things:

• The yacht: size and capacity
• Duration: most parties last 3 to 4 hours
• Date and time: weekends, summer evenings and holidays are busiest
• Group size: number of adults and children
• Food, drinks and extras: what you add to the cruise

Choose the pier closest to your hotel, office or venue; for large groups we can also arrange transfers. We board from eight piers along the Bosphorus:
