A yacht on the Bosphorus is one of the most memorable venues in Istanbul. Your guests board in the heart of the city, cruise between Europe and Asia past palaces and fortresses, and enjoy dinner, drinks and entertainment with the skyline lit up around them. Because the yacht is private, the whole venue is yours: no other guests, a crew that works only for you, and a programme planned around your event.

For corporate events, almost anything is possible. We can decorate the yacht with your company flags and custom decoration, serve a seated gala dinner, a buffet or a cocktail reception, and bring on board a belly dancer, a whirling dervish show, Turkish folk dancers, a DJ or live music. We host groups from 10 to 250 guests on our nine yachts, from intimate executive meetings to large company parties.

Companies, event agencies and incentive groups book with us for team celebrations, client entertainment, product launches and conference evenings. As a TURSAB-licensed Istanbul agency and family business since 1967, we arrange every corporate yacht charter directly with our own crews. How to choose the right corporate yacht event

Most companies know they want an evening or a day on the Bosphorus but are not yet sure which format fits. Four questions usually settle it within a few minutes.

Who are the guests?

Start with the audience, because it decides the tone. If the guests are your own staff, the aim is to relax and celebrate, and a company party on a yacht with music and dancing is the natural choice. If they are clients, partners or award winners, a seated gala dinner cruise feels more formal and gives everyone a fixed place at the table. Press, dealers and buyers point towards a product launch on a yacht, where the programme is built around one moment. A handful of senior people who need to talk in private are better served by an executive meeting charter on a smaller yacht.

Day or evening?

Team days and offsites work best in daylight, when the sun decks, a long lunch and, in summer, a swim are part of the plan. Gala dinners, parties and launches are usually evening events, because the illuminated palaces and bridges become the backdrop. Executive meetings are the most flexible and can be a morning session, a lunch or a dinner.

Seated or standing?

This matters more than the headcount. The same number of people needs far more space at long dinner tables than at a cocktail reception where guests move between the saloon and the deck. When you write to us, give both figures: how many guests, and whether everyone needs a seat at the same time. That is how we match the yacht to the event rather than simply to the number.

One goal or two?

Some events combine formats. A launch can be followed by dinner, a team day can end with a party on the way back, and a client dinner can open with a short meeting in the saloon. If you have two goals, tell us which one comes first, as it decides the order of the programme and the timing of the route.

Every event starts with a welcome drink and light snacks. For the main event, choose any food format: a seated dinner, a buffet, a cocktail reception with finger food, or light bites for a shorter cruise. For groups of 10 or more our private chef cooks on board, and menus can be designed around your event and your guests' dietary needs.

Prefer something else? Our private chef can prepare any menu you like: halal, vegetarian, vegan, children's meals or a dinner designed around your occasion. Menus can be combined for larger groups, and alcoholic drinks are available as an extra.

Corporate yacht event prices: what affects your quote

Every corporate event is different, so we prepare a written proposal for yours. The price is based on five things:

• The yacht: size and capacity
• Duration: from a 2-hour reception to a full evening or day
• Date and time: weekends, summer evenings and holidays are busiest
• Group size: number of adults and children
• Food, drinks and extras: what you add to the cruise

Send us your brief and we reply with a clear proposal, with every item listed and fuel and marina fees always included.

Meeting points for your corporate yacht event

Choose the pier closest to your hotel, office or conference venue. We board from eight piers along the Bosphorus:

Boarding at Kuruçeşme is included; boarding at any other pier adds one hour of yacht time to your quote. We send the exact pier with a map pin when you book.
